By accessing or using FrameDoctor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FrameDoctor provides AI-powered analysis of Unity Profiler data to help game developers identify and fix performance issues. The service includes a Unity plugin for data capture and a web platform for viewing analysis results.

3. Account Registration

To use FrameDoctor, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

4. Subscription and Payment

Regarding subscriptions:

  • Free accounts are limited to 3 analyses per month
  • Pro subscriptions provide unlimited analyses
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided only as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
  • Upload malicious files or data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively

6. Intellectual Property

FrameDoctor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FrameDoctor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your profiler data.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE IN ALL CASES.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMEDOCTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
