Software License Agreement

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, FrameDoctor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FrameDoctor software and services solely for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
- Use the software to develop competing products
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Share your account credentials with others
3. Ownership
FrameDoctor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.
4. Subscription Terms
Access to FrameDoctor is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Data
You retain ownership of any profiler data you upload. FrameDoctor processes your data solely to provide the analysis service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FRAMEDOCTOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMEDOCTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR WHETHER FRAMEDOCTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. FrameDoctor may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
